Webb23 feb. 2013 · The "Slow Time" effect is actually a misnomer. What it *really* does is slow down whoever is affected by it. In other words, if you hit yourself with Slow Time, then everything else naturally seems to go faster. Somehow the effect is hitting everyone including yourself in your system.
