The "Chevrolet Remote Access" plan (that includes Remote key fob) is listed as as 14.99 per month. So my initial understanding was that I would have 5 years of free connected service that includes remote key fob, but it seems that's no longer true. WebI called onstar customer service after finding an email from August of 2024 saying that Bolt and Volt owners get the 5 years of remote key fob access. They are giving me the 5 years for free. After 45 minutes on the phone with them they are refusing to refund the $129 I paid in sept of 2024 because they “cannot process a refund for a service I already used”.
