WebOct 21, 2015 · Anyway, check Clock Modulation and Chipset Clock Mod and make sure those are both set to 100%. Check the Set Multiplier option and adjust that to 31 which is the correct value for a 3210M. After that click on the Turn On button to take ThrottleStop out of Monitoring mode and put it into Active mode. Uncheck BD PROCHOT.
